After my blog visit at Joy’s site where I saw her post about Shabby Shoppe’s calendar kit, I decided right away that I would like to do one myself.  I earlier thought of doing a photo-book with Amelie’s pictures but I don’t have enough time to complete it by Christmas.  I’d like to give the calendar kits to our families.

I’m doing random months because of shortage of photos.  I realized that I don’t have a lot of portrait shots  so I need to snap new ones in the coming days.  The Shabby Shoppe has nice quickpages where I just need to add the photos and text/calendar overlays.  Neat-o!

As soon as I finish all 13 pages (including the cover), I intend to have them printed and placed in a CD case that will serve as the calendar stand.
